More than a recruitment agency
Recruitment on its own solves the easy half of the problem. Finding someone willing to take the job is rarely where an international placement fails. It fails in the paperwork, in the first week, in the gap between landing and starting, and in the moment nobody is responsible for the person any more.
So we built the rest of it. An integrated workforce ecosystem that connects employers, international talent, Work and Holiday Visa holders, international students and business partners in one chain, with a named party responsible at every handover.
That is what allows us to tell an employer honestly which pool a role can be filled from and how long it will take, instead of promising everything and delivering whoever was still available.

Where Our Role Ends
Being clear about what we are not
A workforce partner that is vague about its limits is a workforce partner that will be vague when something goes wrong.
No. We are not registered migration agents or legal practitioners. We coordinate and refer visa matters to appropriately registered professionals. Anyone offering you immigration assistance in Australia should be registered to do it, and you are entitled to check.
No. We do not hold or transfer worker funds on our own account. Payment and remittance needs are facilitated through licensed third-party providers, and that arrangement sits between the provider and the worker.
No, and neither can anyone else. Visa decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs. What we can do is coordinate the process properly and be honest with you about where an application stands.
No. Where a role requires qualifications, screening or clearances, candidates who do not hold them are not put forward. This matters most in care and clinical work, where the requirement exists to protect the person receiving the care.
Never, and no legitimate party will. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from OOH Miracle Global and asks for the password to your ImmiAccount, it is not us. Do not give it to them, and tell us.
